PEAToresk Workshop Series
In commemoration of the 250th anniversary of Caspar David Friedrich and the 25th anniversary of the Michael Succow Foundation in Greifswald, the foundation is extending an invitation to partake in four open-air art workshops. Enthusiasts of culture are afforded the opportunity to discern pioneering artistic viewpoints on the drained mire landscape of the Steinbeckervorstadt Polder. Artists Juliane Tübke and Alison Darby, poet Siljarosa Schletterer, and painters Lene Schwarz and Anett Simon individually curate workshops tailored for the citizens of Greifswald. Despite the distinctiveness of their artistic methodologies, a shared aspiration prevails amongst them—to render imperceptible knowledge palpable, and contemplate the contemporary milieu within the mire. Interested participants are cordially encouraged to partake in this enriching endeavor.
